Q: The monitor is constantly restarting.
A: 1.lt is caused by an insufficient power supply.Monitor required large power support.Please use the attached genuine cable provided to power the monitor.
2. If use the mobile power bank to power the monitor, please confirm whether the mobilepower bank is a PD power bank that has reached 30W or more.Please contact us if youneed a power bank.

Q: Use a C-C cable to connect the monitor to the device, the monitor willflicker
A:This is caused by insufficient power supply.The display needs a larger current becausethe monitor is 4K.Please use the C-C cable connect the PD port on the monitor to thepower head and plug it into a power outlet, make sure the monitor get enough powersupply to work correctly.
Q:Why does the monitor only display 1080P resolution when the 4K resolution is displayed? Or check the resolution in the menu to see if it is 3840*216030Hz?
A:1. The conditions for achieving 4K resolution are as follows:
1.1
First, the device supports 4K, and the graphics card needs to support 4K when connected with a computer;
1.2
Second, the signal transmission line such as HDMI line (2.0) and TYPE-C line is 3.1 and supports 4K;
1.3
Third, the monitor itself is 4K;

For ordinary computers that support 1080P, most of them will display
3840*216030Hz after setting the computer refresh rate to 30Hz;
Warm tips:
If the screen signal is poor or flickers, make sure you are only operating the monitor with the adapter that came with it. With other adapters, the voltage may be insufficient. If the screen still flickers, please swap the HDMI cable to test.
Please check the Type-C port of your PC/Laptop whether it supports the transmission of audio and video signals (Thunderbolt3). If it doesn't, you'll need a "Type-C to HDMI" adapter for signal transmission.
If "No Signal" or "Power Saving Mode" appears, please switch the Type-C cable head to another side and reconnect the monitor.
The monitor turns on in the default power save mode. (Note: No save function in sleep mode, you need to close it manually.)
The 18" portable monitor has no built-in battery, without touchscreen function,you can't charge it.you cant touch it, just connect and get started.
