How to Set Desktop Mode?
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, and "Enter Desktop Mode" will pop up. Or in the STEAM menu, select "Power", then "Switch to Desktop". In desktop mode, there is a "Return to Gaming Mode" link. Selecting this link returns you to the standard Steam Deck UI. It can also be returned via "Log Off" in the system menu.
Note: Don't press for a long time, long press for 7s will directly cut off the power (same as PC).

Warm tips:
If the screen signal is poor or flickers, make sure you are only operating the monitor with the adapter that came with it. With other adapters, the voltage may be insufficient. If the screen still flickers, please swap the HDMI cable to test.
Please check the Type-C port of your PC/Laptop whether it supports the transmission of audio and video signals (Thunderbolt3). If it doesn't, you'll need a "Type-C to HDMI" adapter for signal transmission.
If "No Signal" or "Power Saving Mode" appears, please switch the Type-C cable head to another side and reconnect the monitor.
The monitor turns on in the default power save mode. (Note: No save function in sleep mode, you need to close it manually.)
Shipping and Return Policy
- Shipping: Shipping is free on orders above 70$. Domestic orders can take 4-8 business days whereas international shipping may take 15-25 days. Standard Shipping may vary on State and Location.
- Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy on items in new, unused condition. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. A restocking fee may apply.
